Important: School and work accounts can't access the screen saver option. To use all the same settings, including wallpaper, on every Chromebook that you sign in to, turn on Sync everything.

In the 'Accounts' section, select Sync and Google services.

Use the same wallpaper across multiple Chromebooks

To use a personal photo saved in your Google Photos account, select Google Photos.

To set a custom wallpaper with an image downloaded to your Chromebook, select My Images.

To choose a wallpaper with a light or dark theme, select Radiance.You can also select the wallpaper to change daily or refresh. Select one of the images to set as your wallpaper.If you can't change your wallpaper, contact your administrator for more help.
